Baptisia D4 5 mg

Echinacea D2 30 mg

Other ingredients

Lactose, magnesium stearate, corn starch.

Dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed it applies to adults and adolescents from 12 years of age: in acute cases allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth up to 6 times daily. In chronic cases allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth 1-3 times daily.

Children aged 6 to under 12 years should not receive more than two-thirds of the adult dose per day. Children under 6 years should not receive more than half of the adult dose per day. Infants in their first year of life should not receive more than one-third of the adult dose per day after consulting a doctor.

Use for more than one week should only be carried out after consultation with a doctor or naturopathic practitioner experienced in homeopathy. If symptoms persist for more than 14 days, a doctor should be consulted.

Indications

The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include: inflammation of the nose and throat area and the sinuses (sinusitis).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients or to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae).

For fundamental reasons, the drug must not be taken due to the ingredient Echinacea in the case of progressive systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, leukemia or leukemia-like diseases, inflammatory diseases of the connective tissue (collagenosis), autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, HIV infection or other chronic viral diseases.

Do not use in the case of thyroid diseases without medical advice.

If you have facial swelling, fever, severe headaches or persistent, unclear or new symptoms, a doctor should be consulted.

As there is no sufficiently documented experience, the medicinal product should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.

Adverse effects

After ingestion, increased salivation and, in isolated cases, skin reactions may occur; the medication should then be discontinued. In isolated cases, hypersensitivity reactions may occur. Skin rash, itching, rarely facial swelling, shortness of breath, dizziness and a drop in blood pressure have been observed for medications containing preparations of Echinacea.
